CattleyaOrchidSource.com is intended to be a one-stop information source about Cattleya orchids. This project was inspired by many other fine web sites about orchids on the web, but there was not one website totally dedicated to Cattleya orchids and related species. I have endeavored to create the site for Cattleya lovers who need species and cultural information.

I started growing orchids at age 12 with my grandfather's guidance. Growing things things of great beauty brings me joy and leads me to a greater appreciation of nature and God. I hope you enjoy the site.
